On 1 February 2026, ProCut V3 will be released. This marks a big step forward, taking our solid and reliable cutting software and making it even better.
ProCut is designed for PPF studios where speed, accuracy, and material efficiency are critical. ProCut V3 brings pattern editing, nesting, and material costing together into a single, installer-led workflow.
This upgrade addresses the real pressures installers face every single day: working faster without compromising on quality, reducing material waste to improve margins, and offering protection to vehicle owners at the right price, with confidence.
ProCut V3 has been developed in close partnership with our installers. We’ve listened carefully to feedback and made improvements that genuinely enhance studio productivity.
The focus has been on improving the efficiency of the editing tools, refreshing the layout and user interface, and introducing new functionality such as nesting and an integrated cost calculator.
Installers can now work across multiple vehicle profiles at the same time, switch between them instantly, and load parts without breaking flow. Common actions take fewer clicks, reducing friction during preparation and layout.
A further advancement is the introduction of integrated nesting and material costing. Installers can define roll sizes, material types, and pricing, then see the live cost impact of a full layout or individual parts. This enables more efficient planning, reduced waste, and more confident quoting.
ProCut Version 3 will be available from 1 February 2026.
